Shipping & Delivery Policy

At VOVA Store, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • FREE SHIPPING (Without Tracking): Available for all orders. Please note that this method does not provide real-time tracking updates once the package leaves our facility.

  • STANDARD SHIPPING (With Tracking): Highly recommended for orders over $39.99. This provides full end-to-end tracking until the package reaches your doorstep.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • USA & Canada: 7-15 business days.

  • UK & Europe: 7-12 business days.

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 15-25 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They can be longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) (if the "With Tracking" option was selected). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Multiple Packages: To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may be split into multiple packages. You will not be charged extra for this, but items may arrive at slightly different times.

4. 60-DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We stand behind our service. If you have chosen the FREE SHIPPING option and have not received your order after 60 days from the date of shipment, VOVA Store will escalate the matter and provide a full refund, no questions asked.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

VOVA Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for lost packages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

7. DAMAGES

VOVA Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team within 45 days of receipt to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim (refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for detailed instructions).
